Are there instructions for application?
- After many trial runs ourselves, we have found, for the best results, to apply the stickers to a smooth and clean surface.
Are your stickers waterproof?
- Our suppliers state the material is waterproof. For washing dishware that has a sticker applied, we suggest handwashing only. DO NOT RUN STICKERS THROUGH THE DISHWASHER (or washing machine).
Can your stickers be placed outside?
- They can be placed indoors or outdoors; however, if placed outdoors, you should expect wear and tear from the elements over time.
Are your stickers able to be easily removed?
- These stickers are not designed to be removable. As such, it should be expected that damage may occur if removing a sticker from a painted or finished surface.

To help keep shipping costs as low as possible we currently offer two shipping options.
- Our standard shipping option is sent via Certified First Class Mail. USPS states the general delivery time for this service is 1-5 operating days.
- Our expedited shipping option is sent via USPS Priority mail. USPS states the general delivery time for this service is 1-3 days.
Processing times
- Please be patient with us as we are a small family business. We do our best to process and ship each order within two business days of being received.
  - Processing times do not include the design and consultation time required for custom orders.
Currently, all sales are final.
- We package our stickers in a way they will not be damaged during shipping; however, should your product become damaged during delivery, please contact us by clicking here and we’ll contact you with next steps for a replacement.

Pricing
- Custom orders are priced based on the project. This includes the time, level of detail, and request specifications.
- We will contact you after receiving the request to review these details, provide an initial projected timeline for project completion, and discuss pricing.
